Mon - 50 min elliptical
Tues - 45 min elliptical
Wed - off
Thurs -50 min elliptical
Fri - 55 min elliptical (new PR...5.85 miles)
Sat - IL State Meet - lots of walking
Sun - 10 miles on the bike at the Y (35 min)
