Today was
unexpectedly rough. I felt like I had been doing well, so when it was
hurting, I felt a little bummed.
On the plus side, I decided to the join the Y today.
Although I do most of my exercising at crown point (the high school I
teach at), I thought it might be worth having access to the workout
facilities that the Y offers. Since I won't be running a whole lot anytime soon, the
thought of being able to bike, swim, weight lift, etc sounded worth
it. Hopefully it pays off.
Today I bike about 4 miles, and also did some
light lifting. I've also been doing my assigned PT throughout the day.
