Mon - 25 min elliptical
Tues - 25 min elliptical
Wed - off
Thurs - 30 min elliptical
Fri - 25 min elliptical + 20 min Aqua-jog
Sat - 25 min elliptical + 20 min Aqua-jog
Sun - Walked around the Chicago Marathon (lots of walking)
